beabadoobee at Union Transfer
British singer-songwriter beabadoobee, born Beatrice Laus, has built a following with intimate songwriting that moves between indie rock, alternative pop and guitar-led bedroom pop. Her early releases introduced a candid, lo-fi sound, while albums including Fake It Flowers and Beatopia showcased a broader palette of shimmering guitars, sharp hooks and reflective lyrics. Popular songs such as “Coffee,” “the perfect pair” and “Care” have helped make her a distinctive voice in contemporary alternative music.

Venue and Seating Information
At Union Transfer, 1026 Spring Garden St, Philadelphia, PA 19123, a restored former luggage transfer station provides an industrial backdrop of exposed brick and historic character. The venue holds up to 1,200 people and is primarily a general-admission standing room, rather than a traditional seated hall. The open main floor puts fans close to the stage, while the venue's scale can make the performance feel direct and energetic.
The Main Floor is a strong choice for fans seeking proximity to the stage, though the area near the front fills quickly. The Balcony / Mezzanine, when available for an event, offers an elevated overview and may suit guests who prefer space outside the densest part of the crowd. Far-side areas near the walls can have more limited views depending on the stage setup. Seating and access arrangements may vary by show.

beabadoobee Chester reviews
Eric Clapton, technically great, no personality
Roger Daltery opened the show. He was entertaining but his worn vocals were evident. The show finished at 10:15, leaving you feeling short changed. It kind of looked more like an audition than a performance. After wanting to see her for so long, I saw beabadoobee in Pittsburgh last night. Her guitar playing was awesome, but that isn't a big surprise. I've always wanted to see her, but I was shocked at how little she interacted with the audience - not at all. She actually seemed bored. It was my first time with beabadoobee and I wanted at least another hour! I saw the Who at the same venue 26 years prior and it was obvious that it was 26 years later.
